New Orleans, LA:
No way I could come to New Orleans without a quick stop at Cafe Du Monde. When we arrived, the line was literally out the door and around the corner BUT it moved very fast. We were able to be seated in about 15 minutes.
We sat in the patio section so the day was warm but there was a slight breeze that cooled off the outdoor dining area just enough for us to enjoy coffee and beignets!
This place is certainly worth the stop and there were times when I thought I could skip it but I am so glad I didn't. If you are ever in New Orleans, please make a trip down to Cafe Du Monde even if it's just for a few minutes.
