Central Park, NY:
Good food but a little pricey for brunch but maybe $85.00 is the going rate for NYC however when dining it’s more about the experience than the cost for me. Due to the women’s walk the weekend we traveled, it took us quite a trek to get there because cabs were cut off a few blocks before getting too close to Central Park. We ended up taking one of those little bike rides through Central Park to get to the restaurant. We requested a window seat by the lake but of course due to it being dead of winter, it was frozen (duh, why didn’t I think of that before) but the food was still good. I had the chicken dish (cannot remember the name) with mashed potatoes and it was delish! I also had a mimosa (ok 3) and they all were well prepared. If I am near CP again, I will certainly share this place with others to enjoy the experience. I really enjoyed this spot but I would probably love it even more in the Summer.
