Midtown Manhattan:
In love with this place! Whew! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Not only was the room extremely spacious, the entire property was extremely well kept, the amenities were top notch, and the location was one that you couldn't beat! By far, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. So there are two options - The Palace or The Towers. We stayed in Towers and boy were we pleased! This reservation came with a private set of elevators separate from the main lobby and access to a very fancy house car for drop off transportation within 20 blocks. From arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and a great deal of attention. Check-in was quick and our room exceeded our expectations. It was advertised as being slightly over 460 feet however it felt much bigger than that. It was well prepared and stocked with snacks & drinks. The bathroom was spacious and there was a separate coat closet and lots of drawers if there was a need to unpack for a few days. All in all, I give this hotel 5 Stars and look forward to staying here on my next return to NY. There is lots of shopping close by and it’s not too far from TS and the theatre district. There is a Starbucks across the street but where isn’t one when in NYC. Love this place!
